These short policies explain the planned store experience. The business name, contact address, governing law, and final retention periods must be completed before public launch.
HEEEXY is the storefront brand, based in Egypt. Use the Help chat for the current support guide. The legal seller details and the handling of individual support requests are still being finalized.
Store terms
HEEEXY sells downloadable design files and prepaid access to AI tools. Product pages show the included formats before purchase. Prices, taxes, and the final total are shown before payment.
Buyers must provide accurate checkout information and may not misuse the store, automate abusive requests, bypass credit limits, or interfere with its security. We may pause an account while investigating fraud, chargebacks, or abuse.
Privacy
The store may process account details, email address, order history, download records, AI usage, and limited security logs. PayPal handles card and payment-account details; HEEEXY should store transaction references and payment status, not full card data.
Data is used to deliver purchases, maintain balances, prevent fraud, support customers, and meet legal obligations. Necessary service providers may process only the data needed to perform those functions. Final launch materials must name those providers and define retention and deletion procedures.
Digital design license
Unless a product says otherwise, a purchase grants one buyer a non-exclusive license to use the included PNG and SVG files for personal projects and finished physical products sold by the buyer’s small business.
Buyers may not resell, share, sublicense, upload, or distribute the original digital files—or a lightly modified version—as a standalone digital product. They may not claim the artwork itself as an exclusive trademark or prevent HEEEXY from licensing it to others.
AI Studio
AI credits are prepaid usage units, not cash, and are deducted only after an eligible generation request is accepted. Estimated cost is shown before generation; failed requests should release reserved credits automatically.
Prompts and uploaded inputs may be sent to the selected third-party model provider to produce the requested output under its applicable terms. Users must have the right to upload their inputs and may not request illegal, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content.
Refunds
Because digital files can be accessed immediately, completed downloads are normally non-refundable except where required by law or when a file is materially defective or different from its description. Customers should report a problem with the order reference and a short explanation.
Unused AI credit refund requests are reviewed against payment fees, account activity, promotions, chargebacks, and applicable law. Credits already consumed by successful model requests are normally not refundable.
